Born from a real HVAC frustration
ProposalKit started when our founders watched an HVAC contractor friend spend hours each evening building proposals in Microsoft Word. Copy-pasting equipment specs, manually calculating totals, printing and driving them to customers for signatures.
We looked at the existing tools and realized none of them were designed for HVAC. Generic proposal software had too many features contractors would never use, and none of the industry-specific templates or workflows they actually needed.
So we built ProposalKit: a focused, HVAC-specific proposal platform that helps contractors create professional proposals in minutes instead of hours, send them electronically, and get them signed without paperwork.
